Alongside the Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC) and companies from a range of industries, we were pleased to attend the Symposia at Shrivenham focused on Defence innovation. This symposium examined the challenge of turning concept into capability. From our perspective, the event was extremely informative and impressive creativity was on display. It highlighted the need for change within Defence as a whole but also from non-related industries such as automotive all the way through sectors to tech start-ups.

Barry Hayes, Flo Group CEO, presented the need for adaption and pace in innovation. Barry focused on how Flo approach concept to capability within our organisation with a particular focus on Boxchain. Boxchain is a next generation platform focused on enabling the future in supply chains, leveraging blockchain, big data and artificial intelligence (*Enable Automated Decision Making*). We had a number of very interesting and engaging conversations, and we thank all for their kind feedback.
