Results
- Performed a number of system enhancements and created a number of reports to improve existing business processes. During the audit process, many of our recommendations were implemented. The client was able to see the real benefit in terms of performance in the application.
- Advised on the hardware architecture to ensure a minimal break during scaling up operations.
- A total of 41 recommendations with Action Plan were submitted to Asian Paints. A large number of these recommendations were on critical performance issues. Most of the recommendations were implemented within 45 days of the audit report submission. OTM was successfully scaled!
