Before joining Flo, I was working as a consultant on Logistics and Supply Chain with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management. Starting with Flo has given me the opportunity to develop my skills working with the biggest pool of experts in the supply chain industry.

I consider Flo as a big family where everyone matters, from the junior consultant that just joined to the high level management. The team is always there to support and help. If during a project you face challenges that the project team is not able to manage, you can reach out to the Flo community and you will always get an answer.

Also, I value this job’s flexibility and the importance given to work-life balance.

I like that we spend time together as a project team; especially during long periods on site, we manage to visit places on weekends and have fun. For example during a trip to USA for a project we went skiing, travelled to the Grand Canyon and had a fun weekend in Las Vegas.

Also appreciate our company weekends, those are special occasions to meet up and spend valuable time together with colleagues.
