Why did you join Flo?
After spending 8 years in a top Forbes company, I wanted to continue developing my technical skills and work in complex projects.
From the first meetings with the Flo team and seeing the Flo culture, I knew that joining the company was the best decision for my career.
What do you like most about working with Flo?
The communication with peers or management is easy and candid. If you need help you will get help. I also enjoy that there is no ambiguity with the tasks or processes, everything is straightforward.
Beside these there is a lot of opportunities to learn from more senior members.
Could you share one of your highlights/most memorable moments during your time at Flo?
My time spent so far is quite short, but I am sure memorable moments will come.
What makes Flo stand out in the industry?
Flo stands out in the industry due to its large team of experts and the footprint it has around the world for the services it offers in the logistics consultancy.
What’s one thing that surprised you about working here?
The diversity of my colleagues from all around the world and the benefit that everyone is working from home, which in my opinion, being a father, can only help to get an excellent work / life balance.

When I first joined Flo, I was surprised that colleagues do not judge you instantly. I realised it’s completely okay to say you don’t know something and reach out to experts to learn about it without being judged.
Starting with Flo has given me the opportunity to develop my skills working with the biggest pool of experts in the supply chain industry.
Starting with a coffee every day, I prioritise the tasks to be done and arrange my time in a most efficient way. The work-life balance in Flo is never only a slogan but truly something that is in the Flo’s blood.
