Why did you join Flo?
I joined Flo because I wanted a change in my career. I started to work in a completely new industry. I left behind the traditional way of working at the office and started working from home. It has been a big challenge and I’m very happy to work in this outstanding company.
What do you like most about working with Flo?
The work environment is uplifting. I have the most incredible colleagues! They are experts in technology and in logistics too. Also, they are very helpful and kind.
Could you share one of your highlights/most memorable moments during your time at Flo?
When we finished the Arca project, the whole team was not only congratulated by the customer, but by the company as well. That was the most memorable moment for me.

When I first joined Flo, I was surprised that colleagues do not judge you instantly. I realised it’s completely okay to say you don’t know something and reach out to experts to learn about it without being judged.
